Davis Kane Architects was commissioned to design a new fire station for the Town of Clayton on a limited budget. The new facility is a 2,886 square foot building with two apparatus bays, an emergency control center, and a dispatch room. The building is a pre-engineered metal structure with a brick façade and metal canopy system. The facility is designed to accommodate future expansion from three different sides for maximum flexibility in mind.
