Jimmy Edwards, Intern Architect

Jimmy is a North Carolina native, growing up in the Raleigh/Wake Forest area. After graduating from high school, he attended Louisburg College, enrolled in the Associates of Art program. He was there for one year before transferring to NC State University's College of Design where he double majored in Architecture and Industrial Design.

Jimmy joined Davis Kane in July of 2008. He has worked for a critically acclaimed international engineering and architecture firm working on university, public, and institutional work. He has also worked for an award winning local design firm specializing in mixed-use and multifamily housing. He has worked on projects from Florida to Maryland and the Atlantic coast to the Appalachian Mountains vastly ranging in size and end user group. He has also worked on several independent housing projects for various clients, designing renovations and additions to update and reface existing houses.
