Farmington Woods Elementary School included an 18,143 square-foot new classroom building addition and a 59,350 square-foot interior renovation of the existing building and site improvements.
The renovation scope encompassed all existing interior spaces including;

+ Student And Staff Support
+ Non-Program Areas
+ New Roof Monitors On The Addition Provide Natural Daylight To The Classrooms
The campus remained occupied during the phased, two-year construction period and opened on time despite a prime-contractor default.
