Peach Road Park Neighborhood Center is a 3,500 square foot facility that allows for year-round classes and programming, and was designed to address two distinct neighborhood entrances in the park. The building offers two ample front porches with open-structure ceilings to provide a welcoming experience and gathering space. The roof is a simple sheltering gable with dormers which allows expression and light into the program spaces, while keeping the windows high for safety purposes.

On the interior, there are three multi-purpose spaces of varying sizes for classes or gathering, a kitchen that may be used for catering or teaching, an office, storage, and toilet rooms. Site development included new pathways, plantings, and parking within Peach Road Park.
